The hotel is at Woodmen and I-25–a slightly shorter drive for our friends from Denver, and only a few more exits north if you are coming from the south.

You can register by calling 719-599-9100 or using this link. Be sure to tell them that you are with COSine to get the special COSine rate of $119 (only guaranteed through Jan 4th, 2024). This also helps make sure that your stay counts towards our room commitment.
READ THIS BEFORE USING LINK: The online site for registering is a little bit tricksy. Aside from anything else, it keeps changing (possibly with the phases of the moon). Here’s our suggested process:
- Click on the registration link. It will likely show you only one type of room available, but don’t worry about that.
- Click on the big blue “Book a Room” button.
- At the top of the page there is a section labelled “Your Stay”, which will list Thu, Jan 18-Mon, Jan 22. Click on the Edit stay link on the right and select the actual dates you want and also the number of people in your room.
- Click on the Update button. You should now see a list of available rooms for your actual dates.
- If you need an accessible room, check the “Accessible Rooms” checkbox next to the Special Rates button
- Note: If you are an HHonors member and what to get credit, make sure you Sign In to the site (link top-right) before booking.
If you have a problem registering, please let us know and we’ll do our best to work with the hotel to fix it.
The $119 COSine rate includes:
- A suite – All of the rooms at the Embassy Suites are suites with a separate bedroom and lounge.
- Complimentary made-to-order hot breakfast
- Complimentary drinks and snacks every night (6:00pm – 7:30pm)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms (usually $9.95/day)
- Free parking
Ask for accessible rooms or pet-friendly rooms.
The hotel has an on-site restaurant (not something we take for granted now :-), and indoor pool and fitness center. It is also within walking distance of several other restaurants and driving distance of many more.
