The hotel is at Woodmen and I-25–a slightly shorter drive for our friends from Denver, and only a few more exits north if you are coming from the south.
You can register by calling 719-599-9100 or following the instructions below. Be sure to tell them that you are with COSine to get the special COSine rate of $119 (only guaranteed through Jan 3rd, 2025). This also helps make sure that your stay counts towards our room commitment.
Registering for a King Suite
The online site for registering is a little bit tricksy. Here’s our suggested process:
- Click on the registration link.
- Click on the big blue “Book a Room” button.
- At the top of the page there is a section labelled “Your Stay“, which will list Thu, Jan 23-Mon, Jan 27. Click on the Edit Stay link on the right, and select the actual dates you want, and also the number of people in your room.
- Click on the Update button. You should now see a list of available rooms for your dates.
- Note: If you are an HHonors member and what to get credit, make sure you Sign In to the site (link top-right) before booking.
Registering for an Accessible Room or a Two-Queens Suite
For reasons that we cannot explain, it is not possible to register for accessible or two-queen-suites directly through the site. Instead, you will need to reach out to the coordinator at the hotel directly. His name is Spencer Cody, and he is very nice.
He suggests that you first book a king room on the website, then send the confirmation number to him, along with your request, and he will update your reservation. However, if you are not comfortable doing that, you can e-mail him first (and provide a callback number if you’d like him to call you).

The $119 COSine rate includes:
- A suite – All of the rooms at the Embassy Suites are suites with a separate bedroom and lounge.
- Complimentary made-to-order hot breakfast
- Complimentary drinks and snacks every night (6:00pm – 7:30pm)
- Complimentary Wi-Fi in guest rooms (usually $9.95/day)
- Free parking
- You also help out COSine by booking this way. We commit to filling a certain number of hotel room nights each year, and only by booking via the COSine link (or mentioning COSine on the phone) do we get credit for your stay!
The hotel has an on-site restaurant (not something we take for granted now :-), and indoor pool and fitness center. It is also within walking distance of several other restaurants and driving distance of many more.
